Well the advisor named Charles tired to over price me on some work that needed to be done to my truck. When I got my oil changed I got it back with grease markings inside my truck and on my gas lid of my truck. Was not happy at all about this. But I came by and talked with an advisor that I usually deal with named Kyllian and he made things right with me by doing fair pricing and actually had my inside detailed for me. Thanks to him I’ll be returning for other work to be done to my truck. Thanks again Kyllian

I've had problems with tire noise since the day I purchased this vehicle. The first time I brought my truck in for its first oil change and rotation the loud tire noise stopped after tires were rotated. I'm assuming the rotation allowed for the wear pattern to even out. The truck developed a new wear pattern and the noise returned prior to this oil change and rotation (the vehicles 2nd in it's lifetime). I believed the rotation would correct it again, but it did not. I even paid for additional service of an alignment, which didn't help. I called the Crain dealership to see if they had any suggestions, but I could not get anyone in the service department to call me back. I left two voicemails without return calls. I finally got a call back only because the person wanted to remind me to take this survey and make sure I gave all 10's "that is the only way to get credit". I would not have gotten a call back regarding the tire noise unless someone was concerned over getting all 10's. After all of this, the service departments answer to me on the noise is "it is what it is". I have to live with this annoying loud noise from my tires because "thats just the way they wear". These are the stock tires put on by GMC (not me) brand new from the dealership. I bought the truck brand new, brand new tires chosen by GMC (not me) and I just have to live with the way they wear??? In addition the lack of response from Crain has been frustrating and their lack of ideas on what can be done. Very frustrating! I'll be sure to pass along to anyone I can that GMC AT4's will cause you problems with tire noise due normal wear even at very low miles on the tires, brand new, stock tires, chosen by GMC.

Went to Conway searching for a new tow vehicle for the 2025 MLF Bass Pro Tour & left with the new AT4 ordered from nearby. Financing was quick and simple. Really enjoyed meeting the staff there! May have promised a few fishing trips. 😆 Our salesman, delivered our new truck to us in Russellville (and we should apologize for the long gravel roads & snow… because he had it spotless!) Really loving the new truck. Glad we chose Crane.

Todd was fantastic as a writer. I enjoyed the amenities as well as the entire experience.

It took way too long to get an appointment for the car's repairs. I tried using the on line method and that was useless. After I was able to line up a rental car and was in position that I could leave the car there for several days, I brought it in and they could get to it whenever they could. So far, it looks like they did a good job. Outside of that, this experience was unsatisfactory.

Salesman Dylan was friendly, helpful, and overall pleasant as a salesman. His communication and service was outstanding. Finance manager Rodolfo was more difficult to deal with and unprepared. Provided very little information, and was non-personable. The amount of time dealing with post sale and Rodolfo was much longer than previous experiences. He seemed to be very off put by my questions and requests.

Killlian helped facilitate the diagnosis of my truck's problems and was able to provide the solution through the installation of a new engine. He also presented the option of a re-maufactured engine, and in the end, I decided to purchase a new one. He provided updates throughout the process and the dealership was able to complete the repairs on schedule. Great service overall and I would recommend them to anyone. Honesty and integrity encourages repeat business.

The was by far one of the best car buying experiences, that I have had. My salesman Butch was great. I was able to access everything online, and when I went to the dealership the vehicle, I wanted was clean and ready for a test drive. Butch made sure I was happy with the vehicle and even did some additional quotes that I requested. I also had the pleasure of working with Dylan (sorry if I spelled your name incorrect) he was able to show me how to operate all the technology in my vehicle which was nice. I really appreciate the time both salesmen put in to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Great deal on a new vehicle, nice staff.

Took our truck in because check engine light was on. After them telling us about $4000 in other things that needed fixed and we agreed to it they attempted to fix the O2 sensor that we came in for in the first place. After them telling us they couldn't remove the O2 sensor and adding another $1000 to the price for a new catalytic converter they finally "fixed" the check engine light. Total cost was over $5200 for a truck that's nearly 20 years old. They should have attempted to fix the original reason we brought in the truck to begin with instead of doing the other things (a couple of things we did ask for) because then we could have waited on the radiator flush and transmission flush until we could have afforded those items. Also since we have picked up the truck we have noticed an audible hum in the mornings as the truck begins to start moving. It never made that sound before and now we are concerned that they did something while it was there in the shop that caused this and it will cost us more in repairs. We will never take any vehicles there again. Should have read through some of the reviews beforehand.

The entire experience was great. The service advisor, and technician who worked on my GMC AT4X diagnosed and replaced the belt in record time, and I am very pleased with the work completed. They identified additional parts that needed replacing to make the vehicle safe again. I highly recommend this service department and dealership for your service needs.

The service was top-tier. I love that I was told what to expect on the front end, and that’s what happened. Because I was using my extended warranty, I expected to pay a large portion upfront and be reimbursed. However, my servicr provider, Kyllian, educated me telling me that’s an option but that he expressed to the warranty dept that it’s better if they pay them directly. That was so thoughtful of him. After several bad experiences with a local dealership, I don’t mind driving 30 mins to Crain Buick GMC in Conway for amazing service.

I had some issues with my Onstar system. I took it in. As soon as I pulled into the bay, Mr. Todd came out with a smile on his face, eager to assist me. I also wanted to get some scheduled maintenance quotes. There was a miscommunication on that end. Mr. Todd got my car serviced, although it was supposed to only be a quote for the work to be done. Mr. Todd called me and was super apologetic for the miscommunication. This guy here is probably the best one that I have dealt with at this dealership. You could tell he wasn’t in it for just the money! He cares about his customers. He listened to my concerns when it came to my vehicle. It was just a different interaction from what I’m used to getting when dealing with this dealership. And as long as I can deal with Todd as my service guy, I’ll keep coming there to get my car serviced. Mr. Todd, you are alright with me, buddy! Keep being the best you!

When I called about the oil being low and it was not time to be serviced. They worked me in verified it was low. Took proper steps to keep eye on oil situation and are working with me to make sure my vehicle is protected.

Worst dealership to get service on your vehicles. I go to get two sevices done to my truck and got highly overcharged. I compared invoices for same services at other dealers and this dealership charges $50 for an environmental charge plus the oil change that I paid was higher than others. I hope other customers will see this review so they don’t get this wrong experience that left a bad taste.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smiling & highly motivated service advisor named Todd. He reviewed my needs for the visit and then set me up with a shuttle ride home, bc I expected a few hour wait on my truck. Todd updated me throughout the service and let me know when it was ready for pick up, which was just over anchor after I dropped off. Payment process went smoothe. I noticed after driving off that my tire pressure was less than I like so I went back and upon requesting for more air, I noticed one of my valve stem covers was missing. Todd assured me he woukd find it & went to the shop, searched all over until he found it. Todd needs a bonus! Great service & will be back!!

My overall experience at Crain Buick GMC Conway could not have been any better. Our Salesman, Dylan Jackson, did a great job making sure we got to look at what we wanted, was very professional, and easy to talk to. The sales manager that we worked with, Nic Jones, was quick to work through the paperwork and made sure our needs were met, and was also very professional. I could not be happier with my experience.

Was disappointed at first when my Family and I came to the dealership looking for a truck that showed on internet. Looked at others but set on the one I wanted. We drove around and the truck was innthe showroom. Looked at it and liked it. Had to go to doctor's appointment then came back. Dylan Hayford was the salesman that helped me when I came back. Told him I was really interested in this one and asked if he had one same package but that I could test drive? He found one and pulled up to the front. Took for a spin and liked. Talked with him and we decided run numbers and see what they could do. He was very opened minded, listened to what I wanted and it all worked out. Got me the color and truck I was looking at and I went home with it.

People are friendly enough, and Gabe was great to work with. It took a little longer than we had hoped to get started with the finance guy, but I believe that ALL dealerships are like that - trained to see just how long a potential customer will sit and wait before walking out and telling you to forget the whole thing. We were nearly at that point.

Overall, great experience, but I really hate the “you have to decide today” car sales tactic. OMG, it’s freaking $80K, I should not receive the gotta do it now pressure. The sales people say they want you to be happy and do what’s best for you, but then say this deal has to be done today. BS!!! Maybe the GMC people need to back off on date of sale pressure and make the overall experience more customer focused rather than profit focused. Doing the first will accomplish the second. To be honest, I have extreme buyers remorse. If I could undue the sale, I would.

They got me the price range that I wanted to be at and took care of the thing I wanted before I take the truck need to more in contact with the customer at less once a day to late them know they are at still working on it though then that great job on getting the truck I won’t will buy from again and will send people to them if looking for a vehicle

I was very disappointed when I asked about the recall for my 6.2L engine in my 2022 GMC AT4. I was told there was no remedy yet, but you can read online that if the engine checks out to be ok, a higher weight oil would be used going forward. When I asked if I could get the higher weight oil in this oil change appointment, I was told it would be a $180 up charge for a total of $300 for an oil change. That is ridiculous.

We thought Dylion (D-Ray) was very helpful in answering all our questions and the ones he was unsure of he found them for us. Was very polite and patient with us throughout the process of purchasing our new Buick Enclave Aviner. He was very attentive to us and seemed very sincere to helping us as well. He followed up with us after the purchase of the vehicle to answer additional operation questions we had and has made himself available in the future. I am not sure what else was missed, but I asked if they checked the tire pressure because I knew two tires were a little low, and they are still low and it is the same tires so I do not think the tires were rotated, or there is something wrong with the sensors. Makes me wonder if all the fluids were topped off.

Went In for an oil change. Was having some other issues. There happened to be an update that was going to take over 2 hrs to complete. They were very accommodating and gave me a loaner for a few hours so I could get some errands ran. Very great customer

Within one minutes of entering the service center, your service advisor, Rustin Standridge, greeted me, listened to me, and then started working to resolve my vehicle problem. He went over and above to see that I was taken care of. He respected me as an individual and never once made me feel that my words or views were not valuable. Too often, as a woman and/or a senior adult, such treatment of kindness is the last thing that I get and that was what stood out to me the most. His professional approach in every conversation put my mind to rest and I sensed I was in good hands. And after my vehicle was fixed, I went out to get in and realized that my car had been swept and washed. Again over and above and I cannot say thank you enough. I drove away thinking, “ when I get another vehicle, I want to buy from here because they have amazing service.”

I am not sure if my oil was actually changed or if anything was checked. I took my truck in for its first oil change and my truck still shows 25% oil life. I will be calling in to schedule another appointment to get my oil changed or get my system updated so that it shows my oil change. This is not a good look starting off so I probably will not go back after all my free stuff is gone.

Dylan H made the entire process great. I inquired online about a vehicle initially and Dylan stayed in contact up until the day I came in and even weeks after making sure everything was working out how I wanted.

They had some difficulty diagnosing the problems, but the problems were unusual. It does look like they did a good job getting things fixed. I will have to say that the jury is still out overall on whether the car repairs were good enough, but up to now things have been fine. I appreciate the driver who was able to get me home and back from the dealership and to the car rental agency when I needed that.

When I checked in, I was told my alignment was off according to the sensors as you pull in. I stated I would hold off on that for this visit. When I picked up my car I noticed a document that was signed with my name but it was not my signature nor was the name spelled correctly. I asked about this and the employee crossed out the signature and added a note that “not customer signature”. Lastly, the sticker attached to my windshield to remind me of my next service indicated my tires are fair and alignment is good. My car has 17,000 miles on it and tires should last much longer than 20,000ish miles. Needless to say, I am not very happy with your business practices and will not be returning for Crain to service my vehicle. This is the second experience with your dealership that has me questioning your ethics.
